Step 1: Set Aside Specific Time: Set aside a specific amount of time to breathe/meditate /pray without interruptions. 5/10/15 minutes per work day works for me, but for highly stressful jobs, take more time.
Step 2: Set the Mood. Lighting, Diffusers, Himalayan Salt Lamp, Essential Oils, Music, Affirmation Signs all set the mood. If you share an office space, you will need to discuss this with your office mate.
Step 3: Practice Mindfulness. Practicing Mindfulness is being PRESENT in the moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings & thoughts.
