Recently, I've dealt with some extremely stressful situations that caused tension and anxiety. I was faced with deciding how to navigate this thing called stress and still live my best life. For me, I decided to really focus on me. I ditched social media for a few weeks and was "selfish" to my own needs. I decided to implement some new Self-Care Practices. Stop comparing yourself to others

We ALL do this from time to time (some will never admit it), but at the end of the day, YOU ARE ENOUGH! YOU ARE YOUR ONLY COMPETITION!
You're JUST where, you're supposed to be. Others may have something you don't have YET, but that doesn't make you any less of a person. It just means, it is NOT your time YET! Trust the process.
